  1. Sandra Azwan is unable to amend orders nor combine orders which were separately made after it is placed. Please double check your order details before confirming the order.
  2. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days upon verification of payment. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays (Malaysia).
  3. Once the Dispatch Confirmation is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third-party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third-party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).
  4. For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. In the case if tax not paid within the stipulated period, goods will be forfeited and destroyed by customs department which is not under our control.


  1. Customers will be contacted via email should we receive any bounced parcels bearing their name.
  2. Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. Sandra Azwan will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part. Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer.
  3. Sandra Azwan reserves the right to deny any request to combine the bounced back parcels with any new orders.
  4. Any unclaimed bounced back parcels after 30 days grace period will be forfeited.


  1. Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
  2. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.


  1. Payments are conducted through a third-party payment gateway, IPAY88 (M) SDN BHD. MOEP will not be responsible for any technical errors that may arise during the payment process, however, we will endeavour to the best of our ability to work with you and IPAY88 to reach a fair resolution.


  1. Discount is only valid if the discount code is entered during checkout.
  2. Discount voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.


  1. Colours of the product may vary mainly due to colour calibration of individual’s viewing screen and it might appear brighter or darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used or outdoor shooting.
  2. Since dresses are all made-to-order and we constantly improving the quality of dresses, there might be slight variation in the product in terms of design, size or colour. The product specifications (design, size, colour etc.) mentioned with the product photos displayed are only approximate.
  3. Please allow within 1-2 inches discrepancies for the measurement stated due to possible different ways of obtaining measurements (size chart only represent a range of measurement, not to exact).
  4. You are advised to carefully check the size chart of each chosen design, as each design has its own size chart, and can differ.
